Which company will I work for within the Tara Group?
Our Graduate Programme will allow you to spend time in all our companies that make up the Tara Group.
Do you accept career changers?
Of course, our aim is to recruit the best people from all ages and backgrounds.
Where will I be based?
At one of the three companies within the Tara Group, your time will be spent in the office but also on our construction sites.
How long is the Graduate Programme?
The programme lasts up to two years, but it is flexible and we go at a pace to suit you and the business.
Do I get a say in my rotations?
Our programme is flexible, and we work with you to ensure you broaden your skill set, and have an opportunity to discover where your passion lies. The People team will meet with you regularly to ensure you are getting the most out of the programme, as well as balancing the demands of the business.

What’s the recruitment process?
An initial application form, video interview and a two-way assessment centre experience. Not as daunting as you might think!
What’s the starting salary?
£25,000 in year one, rising to £27,000 in year two. We also have extensive benefits including a generous bonus scheme and car allowance.
Will I need my own resources?
All equipment including technology and PPE will be provided. You must hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

This varies from role to role but they typically last around 18 months. Although, this can be flexible and done at a pace to suit you and the business.

All equipment including technology and PPE will be provided. You must hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, or be able to travel to your place of work independently.
